Are we to see Tekken 6 vs Street Fighter 4?

Comic Con is coming on July 24, 2010 and with it is a totally brand new game with an age-old concept: the Namco vs Capcom crossover. Says gameinformer.com:
According to our sources, Capcom will make a Capcom vs. Namco game using the Street Fighter IV engine and Namco Bandai will create Namco vs. Capcom with the Tekken 6 engine. This means that each game will play and look like whichever company is creating it. Think hadoukens, Ultra Combos, and 2.5D presentation on the Capcom side and three dimensional movement, in-depth move lists, and most likely, a playable panda on the Namco side. Ono is rumored to produce the Capcom game, and we're guessing that Harada will handle the Namco end of things.
Capcom vs SNK is now far past its prime. We don't want any of that no more. So if Namco vs Capcom goes through, it would truly be one of the most epic games of our generation today. And as far as I'm concerned, this crossover game is way past due. It is just that they bring this game now. If not now, never.

So like I said, stay tuned at Comic Con or YouTube or any other gaming pundit out there for proof come this July 24.
