Play as GaiSuccessfully complete Story mode without using any continues to unlock Gai.
Play as ItachiSuccessfully complete Arcade mode with all default characters to unlock Itachi.
Play as JiraiyaSuccessfully complete Arcade mode with Tsunade to unlock Jiraiya.
Play as Kyubi NarutoSuccessfully complete Arcade mode with Itachi to unlock Kyubi Naruto.
Play as OrochimaruSuccessfully complete Arcade mode with Jiraiya to unlock Orochimaru.
Play as Sasuke Cursed Seal 2Unlock all other characters, then complete Arcade mode with Sasuke again to unlock Sasuke Cursed Seal 2.
Play as TemariSuccessfully complete Story mode on the Normal difficulty to unlock Temari.
