-The show opens with World Heavyweight Champion Kane in the ring. He begs Edge to return Paul Bearer to him. Edge is then shown on the Titantron, tricking Kane with another Bearer look-alike.
-The main event is announced as Kane and Alberto Del Rio vs. Edge and Rey Mysterio.
-Jack Swagger defeated Kaval via submission. Fans in attendance report that Kaval may have suffered a legitimate leg injury during the match. Following the match, Swagger says that he was cheated last week when he faced Kofi Kingston.
-Hornswoggle defeated Jack Swagger's Eagle Mascot. During the match, Hornswoggle threw breads crumbs on the mat, which distracted the eagle.
-Chavo Guerrero is then shown backstage, where he says that he and a partner of his choosing challenge Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov for the WWE Tag Team Championship later tonight.
-Kofi Kingston defeated Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler via disqualification after Jack Swagger pulled Kofi out of the ring and put him in the ankle lock.
-Chris Masters defeated "Dashing" Cody Rhodes in a Masterlock Challenge. Before the challenge, Rhodes made Masters put on hand sanitizer and file his nails. Rhodes tried leaving the ring when Masters grabbed his face, but ended up getting put in the Masterlock.
-WWE Tag Team Champions Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov defeated Chavo Guerrero and Drew McIntyre to retain the titles. Following the match, Drew hit Chavo with the Futureshock DDT.
-WWE Divas Champion Natalya defeated Layla. Beth Phoenix was in Natalya's corner for the match.
-For the main event, Kane didn't come out to the ring, so SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long instead made the match Edge and Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio.
-Edge and Rey Mysterio defeated Alberto Del Rio. During the match, Kane came down, but Edge met him at the ramp, and the two fought to the backstage area. Kane then starts chasing Edge and spots a ladder with what he thinks is a Paul Bearer look-alike on it. Kane pushes off of a cliff thinking that the figure is nothing but a look alike, but it actually was Bearer. Meanwhile, Mysterio got the victory over Del Rio to end the show. |
