*SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long comes out to start the show by introducing Edge as the newest member of the SmackDown roster. Jack Swagger then comes out, accompanied by his eagle mascot. Swagger says that last week, Edge embarrassed him in his home state of Oklahoma. Swagger's microphone then cuts out, giving Edge the ability to improvise with his own mic. Long then announces that Swagger and Edge will face each other right now
*Edge defeated Jack Swagger. During the match, Edge speared Swagger's eagle mascot off of the ring apron, causing medical personnel to be called down to take the mascot out on a stretcher
*Another grooming tip from "Dashing" Cody Rhodes is shown, this time focusing on brushing teeth
*Layla (with Michelle McCool) defeated Kelly Kelly (with Natalya)
*Big Show cuts a promo on his upcoming film "Knucklehead", as well as the upcoming WWE Bragging Rights pay-per-view event. Show then announces that he has been named captain of Team SmackDown, and says that his first order of business is to name Horngswoggle the team's official mascot. Hornswoggle then appears on camera in a viking helmet and face paint. Trent Barretta and Caylen Croft (The Dudebusters) then interrupted Show's promo by saying that they deserved to be on Team SmackDown. Show denied their request, so Barretta and Croft took off their SmackDown shirts to reveal RAW shirts underneath. Show then laid both of them out with a double chokeslam
*WWE Tag Team Champions Drew McIntyre & "Dashing" Cody Rhodes defeated Kofi Kingston & Kaval
*Paul Bearer makes his way to the ring, then introduces his son, World Heavyweight Champion Kane. Kane then makes his way to the ring and stands next to Bearer. He says that with his father's help, he destroyed The Undertaker at Hell in a Cell. Kane also said that Undertaker is now as weak as the crowd in the arena. The World Heavyweight Champion then goes on to say that from now on, The Undertaker must answer to him.
*Dolph Ziggler defeated MVP to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship. During the match, Ziggler distracted the referee to allow Vickie Guerrero to get involved; however, Vickie instead walked away from ringside and went to the backstage area. Kaitlyn then came to the ringside area in support of Ziggler, and ended up interfering on his behalf to help him get the win. Ziggler and Kaitlyn then began celebrating as Vickie came back out to the ring. Ziggler tried to say he was innocent, but Vickie left again and Ziggler went running after her, leaving Kaitlyn alone in the ring
*In the main event, Rey Mysterio defeated Alberto Del Rio. The win came after a miscommunication between Del Rio and his personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez. This ends this week's edition of SmackDown
*General Manager Theodore Long then comes out and announces that Kane will now defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Big Show in a Street Fight as the night's dark match main event
*Kane (with Paul Bearer) defeated Big Show in a Street Fight to retain the World Heavyweight Championship
