Final Fantasy Type-0 Demo Free PSP Download

Final Fantasy Type-0 is a role-playing video game published by Square Enix for the PlayStation Portable. The game's original name was Final Fantasy Agito XIII, "Agito" which roughly translates to "to put in motion" in Latin. They later changed  the name to Final Fantasy Type-0 because the former name didn't have much to do with the game Final Fantasy XIII. With the name change, they want to develop Type-0 into a series. Even though the game no longer has "XIII" in its title, the game still uses the Fabula Nova Crystallis mythology.

The release date of Final Fantasy Type-0 still remains unknown.

The full Final Fantasy Type-0 game will be among the few games on the PSP library to have dual UMD discs for play.

Proceed below for more  Final Fantasy Type-0 demo information:

The PSVita Portal for the PSP is quite laggy but of course future versions of this would come almost immediately so better watch out.

Minecraft for PSP - Lamecraft

The PSP homebrew scene is interesting again thanks to a developer called Drakon. Inspired by the hot Minecraft for the PC, Drakon created his own version of Minecraft and ported it to the PSP. The result: Lamecraft.

Nope, this isn't the fake Minecraft on PSP you saw on YouTube last January. This is the real thing. Not fake, but legit. Try it yourself.

Apparently, it's updated to Rev113 which, if I'm not mistaken, is the equivalent of version 1.13.
Changelog:
*Icon and background in PSP menu
*Parametric terrain generation
*Player walking sounds - more sounds will probably come
*Option in game menu to on/off player sounds
*Option in game menu to rename world
*When you will hold jump button player will repeat jumping
*When you are using parametric terrain generation and you will choose flat terrain, water will automatic turn off for now.

And the good thing is, Lamecraft is signed! That means that you'd still be able to play this Minecraft for the PSP even when you're running on the latest OFW. Cool huh?

Anyway, download links for Minecraft for PSP - Lamecraft below:

Uploading.to: http://ul.to/tilpvaa7
Megaupload.com: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ORM8KS5W

You know what this means. I'd get to play Minecraft on my rig and on my PSP. Neat-o. But of course, that's not to say that this is already a complete version. Expect more Lamecraft updates from Drakon.

Thanks to flofrucht and wololo.net for posting about Minecraft for PSP - Lamecraft.

Patapon 3 Bald Cap Helm DLC Pack

Good news: The Sony US Playstation Blog announced yesterday that it would be giving away free Patapon 3 Bald Cap helms on the PSN as a DLC. In fact, I just downloaded my copy a few minutes ago! Here's what I got from Sony:
For a limited time only, we’ll be giving away a stylish Bald Cap helm. This diligent helm stays with you through thick and thin. Reflects sun beams for increased burn rate. This voucher code will entitle you to this special item for your Patapon giving you an added advantage in combat. Once redeemed be sure to equip this item in the headquarters before you deploy!

The code is: JCAF-CENE-ECN4

This code can be redeemed for a limited time only & available while supplies last so don’t delay!

So see there you go: digital strategy guide, free stuff, online gameplay, musical warfare and more evil bosses than you can shake a stick at. See you kids online!
As this is a limited time offer only, use the code above now. You have to have a PSN account though, or else the point is moot.

How to download the Patapon 3 Bald Cap Helm DLC Pack:

1. Connect to the PSN using your PSN account. If you don't have one then create one;
2. Go to the Redeem Codes section of the PSN (upper right area, near Search);
3. Enter the code above and confirm. Once you confirm, the DLC pack (17KB) will start downloading. After it downloads completely, it will install itself;
4. Voila! Your very own Patapon 3 Bald Cap helm!

One thing I didn't get was the Malevolent Uramus Helm, which I heard was released thru IGN yesterday. But I guess this Bald Cap helm would do. You hardly get anything free nowadays anyway.

Now, if I could just follow that catchy rhythm.

'Till my next installment.

Download Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English Patch Version 0.29c by KenshiHH and Team HGG

Lots of people have been asking me about a complete Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English patch. Seems that the Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English translations I shared aren't enough. Yeah, I know.

Anyway, PSP translators are working non-stop to make things easier for us gamers. That is, they're doing English patches by the week. If you're in the know, KenshiHH has released a third Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English patch based on Aumanx's initial work – the Version 0.29c. Changelog below:

Changelog v0.29c (KenshiHH):

Translated some skill names
Translated some menu options
Translated most of the Village Elder's quest
Translated almost all of the item names
Translated some weapon names

Changelog v1.1 (Team HGG)

Items 100 %
Pop-up messages (including HH notes) 95%
Armor skills 100%
Armor skills descriptions 0%
Weapon - GS 100%
Menus 90%
Quests 100%
Training School 85%
Felyne skills 100%
Other Felyne stuff Y%
All in-game text 15%
PapimeruPC 100% converted for MHP3
PapimeruPSP 20% converted for MHP3

Now, we have two ways to install the patch in your Monster Hunter Portable 3rd untouched/clean ISO. Remember, it should be in the ISO format and is free/untouched/clean from any previous patches.

If you know how to handle PPF patches and the UMDGEN, here's the Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English Patch Version 0.29c PPF patch and UMDGEN download link.

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JD4Y308D

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZITDPXAQ

How to apply the Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English Patch Version 0.29c PPF patch:

1. Open UMDGEN, click on Open and look for the Monster Hunter Portable 3rd ISO;
2. Look for the file named DATA.BIN inside the USRDIR folder;
3. Right click on DATA.BIN and choose Apply PPF patch to selected file;
4. Now choose the file named ppftest.ppf;
5. Click Apply then save the patched ISO into whatever name and format you wish (ISO, CSO, DAX)
6. Play.

Alternatively, you could use this Auto Patcher courtesy of Animex if you aren't that familiar with manually installing PPF patches. Just follow the instructions below:

1. Download the Auto Patcher below:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=HBWSGCN3

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8ZUF7HQ7 (New patch v1.1 by Team HGG)

2. Extract the file and open the Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English Patcher.exe inside the M.H.P.3rd.English.Patcher folder;
3. After opening, you'll see three options. Click on it in order starting from left to right i.e. Check MD5, Apply Ripkit and Save as CSO. Now, you have the option of not saving your work in CSO format. If you wish to do so, just exit the program;
4. Voila, play Monster Hunter Portable 3rd .

Attention: The Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English Auto Patcher method will eat up a lot of your computer's resources. So unless you want your PC to hang in front of you, stop everything you're currently doing and let the autopatcher take its course. When the program initially checks for the MD5 hash of your ISO, the program may seem non-responsive, but trust me it's running.

Attention: Be sure that your Monster Hunter Portable 3rd  untouched/clean ISO's MD5 hash is of the same hash designated in this auto patcher. Your clean ISO must exactly have 1,207,140,352 bytes or else you CANNOT use this method.

Attention: If your Monster Hunter Portable 3rd won't run, make sure you've patched it with Takka's latest 1.92 ISO Tool release.

I hope you'll be able to enjoy Monster Hunter Portable 3rd with this English patch by KenshiHH. I've played the English patch myself and for me there's still a lot of work to be done.

'Till my next installment.
