Cooperative Mode in Every Mission:
To unlock co-op play for all missions including sub-missions, beat "The Fourth Survivor" sub-mission. Choose "Begin with two players" on the character select menu (it is a graphic that appears to be two guns on the right side of the screen) to play co-op.

Infinite Ammo Weapon Leveling:
Once you level all weapons to Level 4, you may then level them to Level 5. Reach Level 5 with a weapon for unlimited ammo.

Handcannon:
The Handcannon is located in the "Fourth Survivor" scenario, in a hidden room in the police station's lobby near the front door. Shoot the doors open and pick up the Handcannon on the desk.
