New Game + mode:

Psychonauts easter egg:
In Chapter 4, after doing the first chess puzzle, you will be chased into a hole by the giant unbeatable card monster. When you first arrive down there, go a short distance ahead and look at the right wall to find a heart stone. Shrink down to discover that it is a fake rock. Run into the keyhole tunnel and on the other side will be a floor where you can use a bomb to break. Do so, then go down the stairs to get a memory and extra teeth. Notice the skeleton sitting on the chair--it is Raz from Psychonauts. He can be identified by the red goggles, his shape, and the position that he is in (which is the stance he uses for a mind attack). It kind of  looks like Raz is dead, perhaps signaling that there'll be no Psychonauts 2.

"Level-Headed" achievement hint:
After completing the game, select the final chapter and go directly to the Boss battle. Defeat the boss without using hysteria to unlock the achievement.

How to defeat Engineers:
In order to take defeat an Engineer quickly, use the Covenant pistol. Fully charge it to take out Engineers with one shot. This applies to both Firefight, and Campaign modes.

Locating secret doors:
While using VISR mode as the Rookie, look out for secret doorways. Accessible doors will turn the amber outlines of objects in front of them blue. This is easiest to see on your weapon. Watch for them because many of these doors hide data terminals.

Data Hive: 30th audio file:
The 30th (last) audio file for Sadie's Story is not in the "Mombasa Streets" but instead in the "Data Hive" level (also played by the Rookie). However, it will be in a locked area until you find the 29 audio files in the Mombasa Streets. Once you find those files, play the mission "Data Hive" until you reach the hole to get to Sub-station 9. If you found the previous files, instead of the Superintentation closing off the hole so your cop teammate cannot get through (and ultimately get killed by Drones), he will climb down the hole with you. Continue playing until the cop says something similar to "Wait here, I need to go check something." Follow him and he will reveal his true purpose for coming here and will fight you. During or after the fight, you can scan the phone on the wall next to the dead body to find the 30th audio file. Note, finding the audio file will slightly alter the scene, specifically the part where DARE and the Rookie finds Vergil. Instead of DARE telling the Rookie not to shoot, the Rookie will tell DARE not to fire and instead whistle for Vergil to come out.

Kizingo Boulevard: Ghost:
When you find the Gauss rifle near the end of the level, do not kill all of the Ghosts that get dropped. Grab one of them out from under the Brute. Kill the Brute, and then kill the Wraith. Ride the Ghost up to the barrier by Dutch. Give Dutch a rocket launcher if you have one, and he will help decimate the incoming enemies. If you were fortunate, you should have obtained a plasma cannon (most efficient, but this trick will work with any weapon) earlier in the level behind the spare tank, before you go thru the first door. It is located back in a side road off the courtyard with the multiple turrets. Use the plasma cannon with a melee attack (B) to walk/push the Ghost through the invisible barrier. This will make the end of the level quite a bit easier. You can get multiple kills by running over groups of Covenant with the LT boost on the Ghost. When everything else is mostly cleared, you can stun the Wraith with an overcharged plasma pistol, and then proceed to defeat it in any desired manner.

The units you can get Audio Logs from in the Mombasa Streets level all have a picture of the Superintendent on them.

Zombie Killing mini-game:
At the title screen, use the Right Analog-stick to look down at your hand when you are locked up. Repeatedly press LB + RB to escape the from chair. Move around the lab and find a computer. Type in the command "DOA" to start a zombie killing mini-game. Use Left Analog-stick to move and Right Analog-stick to shoot. Note: You can also enter the command "HELP" at the computer to get a list of other commands.

How to Beat the Battle of Khe Sanh Trenches:
At the Battle of Khe Sanh, you will be informed to clear the trenches. There is also a nearly inaudible clue telling you that there are barrels full of napalm and it does not tell you what to do with the barrels. You have to run to two of the large striped barrels near the bottom of the hill and kick them down into the trench. Hide behind the sandbags and shoot the VC until it's clear. Make a run for the nearby barrel and use the prompt to stab it and kick it down the hill.

Pack-A-Punch on Five (Zombies):
To reach the Pack-A-Punch on the Zombies mode "Five" map, make a crawler and go into the middle room and adjust the DEFCON level to DEFCON 5. Every teleporter will take you to Presidential Suite. All switches are in that room; 3 are upstairs and 1 is downstairs.

Complete the game to unlock Zombie Mode, where you play as Nixon, Castro, Kennedy, McNamara.

Numbers: Thundergun weapon:
In the level "Numbers," after interrogating Clarke, several enemy soldiers will appear at the end of the long hallway. Shoot all six Nova 6 canisters and you will be able to collect a cassette tape in the office behind where you started. Throw a flashbang to blind the enemies so you have less interference when taking out the canisters. After picking up the tape, continue until you reach the part where Weaver and Clarke both jump off the roof onto a mattress. After they jump down, Clarke will ask Weaver to help him move a fridge out of the way to his first weapon stash. Once they do, go inside and look to the left. There should be a place to put the cassette. Note: When picking up and placing the cassette tape, the game will not prompt you; you must have seen it being moved yourself. After that, the screen will shake and the Thunder Gun will appear out of the wall. It has twelve bullets, and it is reloaded at checkpoints.

Five: "Don't Back Down":
Locate the three red rotary phones throughout the Pentagon that ring and flash. The first phone is located at the start, after opening a set of doors in the corner. The second phone is on the catwalk circling the room after leaving the first elevator. The third phone is in one of the rooms after leaving the second elevator on the floor that the power is on. You can find the phones by following their ringing. Look at the phone, then hold [Action] until you hear a busy signal. After the third phone is accessed, the song "Don't Back Down" by Eminem will play.

Nuketown: "Sympathy For the Devil":
Shoot the heads off all the mannequins in record time to hear "Sympathy For the Devil" by the Rolling Stones.

Summit: Get on the red trolley glitch:
Go to the little ramp, sprint, then press A to jump to it. Then, press A again when against the "trolley" to climb in.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction Xbox 360 Game Cheats

Challenge room:
In the mission where you infiltrate the White Box company, after you kill the guard by the front car lot, infiltrate the building. When you first see the room, you can either climb up the pipe and throw an object (frag grenade, proximity mine, remote mine, sticky cam, or EMP grenade) into the room. Even under the Realistic difficulty setting, the most the AI can do is shout and raise their guns, provided you have upgraded each gadget to the maximum. This room provides many ways to get and complete any challenge, except for most of the Splinter Cell challenge group. Also, this can be repeated by reverting to last checkpoint an unlimited amount of times.
Easy "Judge, Jury and Executioner" and "Man Of Conviction" achievements:
If you get to the final level in the game in the White House and choose either to kill Tom Reed or spare him, you will receive the achievement "Judge, Jury and Executioner" (if you kill him), or the "Man Of Conviction" achievement (if you spare him). To get both achievements easily, once the game has finished and the credits have started, select the "Continue Story" option at the main menu. You will resume the game closer to the ending choice, instead of repeating the entire game again, and can select the other ending.

Easy "Last Man Standing" achievement and Multi-kill challenges:
Select Co-op Last Stand mode with a partner. Choose the Mozdok Grounds 1 map. For your suit, select 3 Gadget Upgrades; weapons are Five-Seven, AK47 (or any gun with a scope); and the gadgets as Proxy Mine, Remote Mine (or whichever required for challenges). Have each person post up at the door on the second floor stairwells, so that you are inside the stairwell. Shoot out the light above you (if present). Look directly out the door or to the right (depending on which stairwell you are in) to see a doorway. As long as you stay in the stairwells it will force the enemies to only spawn from that doorway. Just focus fire the doorway (headshots). If you get overwhelmed you can toss a mine at the door. After you clear the wave, run over to the corpses to collect ammo for the next round, then hurry back to the stairwells. Repeat this as many times as desired. If done correctly, you and your partner should never go down and it should only take twenty minutes.

Easy "Weapons Collector" achievement:
You can unlock all weapons by completing the single player Story mode except for the AK47 assault rifle, AKS-74U sub machine gun, and SR-2M machine pistol. This weapons must be collected and returned to the nearest weapons stash in co-op Story mode.
